Weisband Restoration

When I first arrived on site, I noticed the logs hadn't been stained since the house was originally stacked in 2007. The owner contacted me prior to purchasing the home, as an inspector had given him some concerns regarding conditions of the logs.

The project included full, deep cleaning to remove the gray discoloration and dead cells. Once that was complete, all woodpecker and bee damage was filled in. All siding and framing of the master bathroom was replaced.

The home was then stained using Perma-chink Ultra 7 in bronze, then chinking was repaired using Perma-chink products. Finally, the deck, porch, handrails, and spindles were all stained using Perma-chink Deck Defense in bronze to match the home itself.

This client has now opted to be part of our yearly maintenance program to keep this house looking beautiful for years to come.
