Lithgow Restoration

This was a multi-level lake home built high on the side of a hill. The home required a log wash to get the mold and mildew off the home, as well as the old stain that was flaking off. The most problematic issue for the owner is that it was no longer sealed and water was coming in during rain - as well as bats were making his home into their home.

We sealed the windows to take care of the water and bat issues and then did a full wash, caulk, and restain on the home using Perma-chink products. The client did not want to get rid of the under-lying stain, just wanted us to match as best as possible.

This client is also part of our yearly maintenance program to keep his home looking as good as new.
